By booking a service, using our website, or engaging with our team, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our business while ensuring a transparent, professional, and legally binding relationship.

1. Services Provided

RUspeeding LLC specializes in professional mobile auto detailing services. We bring our equipment, expertise, water supply (when applicable), and premium detailing products directly to your home, workplace, or designated location. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Interior and exterior detailing
  • Paint correction
  • Ceramic coating
  • Stain and odor removal
  • Premium In & Out detailing packages
  • Maintenance detailing services
  • Headlight restoration
  • Engine bay cleaning

2. Booking and Payment

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or via text message. A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to schedule and confirm all service appointments unless otherwise approved by an authorized representative of RUspeeding LLC. By booking a service and/or selecting the required acknowledgment checkbox in our scheduling form, the client confirms and agrees to submit the required deposit to secure the appointment. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been successfully received. Deposits will be applied toward the total service balance. The remaining balance, or the full balance if no deposit was collected, is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the appointment. Once the service has been completed, there is no opportunity to renegotiate pricing, request discounts, or reduce the agreed service total. The final amount due is the amount previously quoted, approved, and booked by the client, including any approved add-on services. RUspeeding LLC accepts cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and approved digital payment methods. All prices are subject to applicable taxes, specialty charges, travel fees, and additional service fees when applicable. If payment is not processed immediately upon service completion, RUspeeding LLC reserves the right to charge late fees, administrative fees, collection costs, and any other lawful recovery expenses permitted under Florida law. If the remaining balance is not processed within 24 hours after service completion, a late fee of $25 may be added to the outstanding balance. Overnight appointments scheduled between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM require full payment in advance prior to the start of the service. An overnight/mobile after-hours fee ranging from $75 to $100 may apply depending on the service location, travel distance, and appointment time.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment without penalty. Deposits are transferable with proper notice but remain non-refundable.
  • Same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • RUspeeding LLC reserves the right to charge an additional cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total if the cancellation causes significant loss of reserved business time.
  • If our team arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to access the vehicle or begin work due to client-related circumstances, the deposit will be forfeited and a call-out fee may apply.
  • Excessive rescheduling or repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future appointments.
  • Weather-related rescheduling initiated by RUspeeding LLC for safety or service-quality reasons will not result in deposit forfeiture.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the highest quality detailing results, clients agree to the following responsibilities prior to the appointment:

  • Remove all personal belongings, valuables, weapons, sensitive materials, and loose items from the vehicle before the service begins.
  • Special attention must be given to the trunk, storage compartments, rear cargo areas, and under-seat areas. These areas must be emptied in order for our team to properly clean and detail them.
  • RUspeeding LLC is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle, including lost, damaged, or misplaced belongings.
  • Our team is committed to providing the best service possible and achieving the highest detailing standards. In order to properly access and clean all surfaces, the vehicle must be reasonably cleared and prepared before the appointment.
  • Provide a safe, legal, and accessible location for our mobile detailing team to work.
  • Ensure adequate space for our service vehicle, equipment setup, and safe movement around the vehicle.
  • Inform us in advance of any gate codes, parking restrictions, HOA requirements, or location access limitations.
  • Disclose any known paint damage, aftermarket modifications, sensitive materials, electrical issues, mechanical problems, or pre-existing interior/exterior damage that may affect detailing results. Failure to properly prepare the vehicle may limit the scope or quality of the service and may result in additional cleaning charges when applicable.

5. Service Limitations and Liability

While RUspeeding LLC strives for excellence in every service, some stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, etching, paint defects, interior wear, or other conditions may be permanent or beyond restoration. Reasonable expectations and achievable results may be discussed before service begins.RUspeeding LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Worn, cracked, faded, or deteriorated materials
  • Paint failure or clear coat failure
  • Mechanical or electrical malfunctions unrelated to detailing work
  • Damage resulting from aftermarket installations or modifications
  • Future reappearance of stains due to wicking or underlying contamination
  • Water intrusion caused by defective seals, prior damage, or manufacturer defects
  • Damage caused by improperly installed wraps, tint, PPF, trim, badges, or accessoriesAs a licensed and commercially insured detailing business, RUspeeding LLC maintains liability insurance coverage for accidental damage directly caused by our team during service. Proof of insurance may be provided upon request.

6. Damages Policy

If accidental damage occurs during a detailing service, RUspeeding LLC will:

  • Notify the client promptly
  • Assess the situation thoroughly
  • Determine whether the issue falls within our insurance coverage or service responsibility
  • Resolve the matter in accordance with applicable insurance policies and industry standardsAny claims regarding service-related damage must be reported before the vehicle leaves the service location or within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Guarantees and Refunds

RUspeeding LLC is committed to delivering professional, high-quality detailing services and customer satisfaction.If a client is dissatisfied with any portion of the completed service, the client must notify RUspeeding LLC within 24 hours of service completion so that we may review the concern and attempt to provide a reasonable resolution.Failure to notify RUspeeding LLC within 24 hours constitutes acceptance of the completed service and acknowledgment that the service was performed satisfactorily.Due to the nature of mobile detailing services, refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In most situations, RUspeeding LLC reserves the right to correct or re-service the affected area before any refund or partial refund is considered.Satisfaction guarantees do not apply to conditions previously disclosed as permanent, irreversible, or beyond restoration.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the RUspeeding LLC website, including but not limited to logos, branding, text, graphics, photos, videos, service descriptions, social media content, and marketing materials, is the exclusive property of RUspeeding LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from services provided by RUspeeding LLC shall be resolved exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Payment Obligation and Collection Rights

By booking a service with RUspeeding LLC — including through our website, scheduling platform, phone, text message, social media, or electronic confirmation — the client agrees to pay the full remaining balance for services rendered immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.Failure or refusal to pay for completed services constitutes a breach of contract.RUspeeding LLC reserves the right to pursue all lawful remedies to recover unpaid balances, including but not limited to:

  • Collection agency placement
  • Small claims court proceedings
  • Civil legal action
  • Recovery of administrative costs
  • Recovery of court costs and filing fees
  • Recovery of reasonable attorney’s fees and collection expenses where permitted by lawElectronic acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including through digital signature or checkbox acknowledgment during booking, constitutes a legally binding agreement enforceable under applicable Florida and federal electronic transaction laws.Any unpaid balance may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted under Florida law from the date payment became due.

12. Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy

By providing a credit card, debit card, or digital payment method, the client authorizes RUspeeding LLC to process the agreed service amount, including deposits, approved add-on services, cancellation fees, overnight service fees, and any applicable charges related to the appointment.The client agrees not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for services that were authorized, scheduled, or completed as agreed.By purchasing services from RUspeeding LLC, the client agrees to contact the company directly and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any concerns, questions, or service-related issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment processor.If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, RUspeeding LLC reserves the right to submit documentation including but not limited to:

  • Service agreements and invoices
  • Scheduling confirmations
  • Electronic acknowledgments and checkbox acceptance records
  • Text messages and email communications
  • Before-and-after photos/videos
  • GPS arrival records and timestamps
  • Technician notes and work documentation
  • Signed approvals or payment authorizationsIf a dispute is determined to be invalid, fraudulent, misleading, or inconsistent with the completed service agreement, the client agrees to remain responsible for:• The full service amount
  • Any reversed funds
  • Chargeback fees imposed by payment processors
  • Administrative and collection costs
  • Reasonable attorney’s fees and legal expenses where permitted by lawRUspeeding LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery through collections or legal action in Miami-Dade County, Florida.Electronic acceptance of these Terms constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to this Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy.

13. Vehicle Condition and Biohazard Policy

RUspeeding LLC reserves the right to refuse, stop, or modify services for vehicles that present unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary, or extreme conditions.This includes but is not limited to:

  • Mold or mildew contamination
  • Vomit, blood, bodily fluids, or biohazard materials
  • Excessive pet hair or pet waste
  • Infestations or insect activity
  • Strong chemical exposure
  • Excessive trash accumulation
  • Sharp objects, needles, or dangerous materials
  • Unsafe vehicle conditions that may place staff at risk. Additional charges may apply for heavily contaminated vehicles requiring specialized cleaning procedures, additional labor, protective equipment, or extended service time.
